Pelosi’s Excellent Jobs Plan

Close down a major manufacturing plant and put hundreds of workers out on the street, unless they unionize, even if the workers have already rejected the union!

Pelosi Vs. Boeing — And Jobs

“Do you think it’s right that Boeing has to close down that plant in South Carolina because it’s nonunion?” asked host Maria Bartiromo.

Pelosi’s quick answer was “yes.”

Pelosi said she preferred the plant in the right-to-work state would unionize; failing that, the National Labor Relations Board is right to shut down the plant where Boeing hopes to build its Dreamliner passenger aircraft.

Never mind that workers at the South Carolina plant were once unionized and voted to kick the union out. The Vought Aircraft plant, which Boeing purchased in 2009, was once one of Boeing’s suppliers.

That’s right, Democrats like Pelosi believe that not having a job is better than having a good paying nonunion job, even if the workers have already rejected unionization. And why do do Democrats work to destroy nonunion jobs? The answer to that is simple. The unions forcibly collect dues from their members, then the unions donate large amounts of their members’ dues money to elect Democrats, and then the Democrats work to further the Unions’ agenda, so the unions can collect more dues, to elect more Democrats, who work for the unions . . . a never ending, self-reinforcing cycle of political corruption.

Who Owns The Freakshow?

Well, let’s see. Obama likes him some OccupyWallStreet. He thinks “[they express] the frustrations that the American people feel.”

Nancy Pelosi says, “God bless them, for their spontaneity. It’s independent, it’s young, it’s spontaneous, and it’s focused and it’s going to be effective.”

Susan Sarandon notes that, “we can’t let our Arab brothers and sisters get way ahead of us.”

Michael Moore observes, “this movement has, very rapidly, reached millions of Americans . . . it’s very heartening.”

What about the labor unions? Yep, they’re onboard.

In fact, there’s a whole ticker tape parade of bandwagons filled with lefty politicians and celebrities who have glommed on to the “occupiers’” cause. But who are these “occupiers”, really?

For starters, they’re racist, Jew hating antisemites.

They’re also violent lawbreakers.

In general, they’re vile, filthy degenerates, illegally squatting in New York City parks.

Stinking up Wall Street: Protesters accused of living in filth as shocking pictures show one demonstrator defecating on a POLICE CAR

This are the shocking scenes that have led some people to accuse the Occupy Wall Street protesters living rough in New York’s financial district of creating unsanitary and filthy conditions.

Exclusive pictures obtained by Mail Online show one demonstrator relieving himself on a police car.

So, who owns the freakshow and who’s organizing it? It obviously emanates from the left of the political spectrum and the tacit approval and open encouragement from Obama, Pelosi, and other prominent Leftys tells you all you need to know. And when the unions join in as reinforcements, that confirms it. All roads from Occupy Wall Street meander back to the Obama reelection campaign through various left wing front groups. It’s the most bizarre reelection strategy I’ve ever seen, incite, encourage, and reinforce class warfare rioting in the streets of major American cities. Will it be enough to get Obama reelected? Probably not, but what else does he have to run on?

/in any case, whatever else ensues from the “Occupy Wall Street movement”, for better or worse, Obama ultimately owns the freakshow

Not Even If Hell Freezes Over

No way, no how, will I ever vote for TrumBozo the Clown. He’s a closet liberal, self-centered publicity whore lunatic, who’s dragging down the Republican brand and, unbelievably, making Obama look sympathetic and re electable by comparison. The freakish asshole probably voted for Obama last time.

The Right Bites Trump

The New York Daily News calls Donald Trump a clown. The Obama White House dismisses him as “a sideshow” who has, according to presidential adviser David Plouffe, “zero chance of being hired by the American people.”

This is insane and ridiculous, TrumBozo the Clown gives loose cannons a bad name. Is it any wonder the elite liberal media is in love with TrmBozo and helping him suck all the oxygen out of the election coverage? It’s embarrassing, why are Republicans letting the Obama voting media try and choose our Presidential candidate, again? Remember media darling McCain? Republicans need to stuff TrumBozo back under his rock before he does irreparable harm to the Republican 2012 election chances and ensures an Obama reelection.

Charles Rangel censured on House floor

As the House of Representatives began debating censuring Charles Rangel there was still much in the balance. However, a vote was called and passed, and as the Post reported:

The House of Representatives on Thursday voted 333-79 to censure Rep. Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.) for violations of tax and fundraising rules, the first time in nearly 30 years that the House has considered such a severe punishment for one of its own.

The historic proceedings began shortly after 4 p.m., with the House chamber nearly full. The first speaker was Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), the chairman of the House ethics committtee, which investigated Rangel and recommended he receive Congress’s second-most severe punishment.

Debt Has Increased $5 Trillion Since Speaker Pelosi Vowed, ‘No New Deficit Spending’

When Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) gave her inaugural address as speaker of the House in 2007, she vowed there would be “no new deficit spending.” Since that day, the national debt has increased by $5 trillion, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.

“After years of historic deficits, this 110th Congress will commit itself to a higher standard: Pay as you go, no new deficit spending,” Pelosi said in her speech from the speaker’s podium. “Our new America will provide unlimited opportunity for future generations, not burden them with mountains of debt.”

Pelosi has served as speaker in the 110th and 111th Congresses.

At the close of business on Jan. 4, 2007, Pelosi’s first day as speaker, the national debt was $8,670,596,242,973.04 (8.67 trillion), according to the Bureau of the Public Debt, a division of the U.S. Treasury Department. At the close of business on Oct. 22, it stood at $13,667,983,325,978.31 (13.67 trillion), an increase of 4,997,387,083,005.27 (or approximately $5 trillion).

Pelosi, the 60th speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, has added more to the national debt than the first 57 House speakers combined.

Obamacare Only Looks Worse Upon Further Review: Kevin Hassett

One of the more illuminating remarks during the health-care debate in Congress came when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told an audience that Democrats would “pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it, away from the fog of controversy.”

That remark captured the truth that, while many Americans have a vague sense that something bad is happening to their health care, few if any understand exactly what the law does.

To fill this vacuum, Representative Kevin Brady of Texas, the top House Republican on the Joint Economic Committee, asked his staff to prepare a study of the law, including a flow chart that illustrates how the major provisions will work.

The result, made public July 28, provides citizens with a preview of the impact the health-care overhaul will have on their lives. It’s a terrifying road map that shows Democrats have launched America on the most reckless policy experiment in its history, the economic equivalent of the Bay of Pigs invasion.

Before discussing what the law means for you, we have to look at what it does to government. That’s where the chart comes in handy. It includes the new fees, bureaucracies and programs and connects them into an organizational chart that accounts for the existing structure. It’s so carefully documented that a line connecting two structures cites the legislative language that created the link.

Drain The Swamp Watch

Will he stay or will he go? Charlie Rangel is the gift that keeps on giving . . . to the GOP.

Dems keep distance from Rangel

Several Democrats facing competitive elections began distancing themselves Tuesday from embattled New York Rep. Charles Rangel as a potentially damaging hearing on whether he violated House ethics rules drew near.

As Rangel’s lawyers tried to negotiate a settlement to avoid a public ethics trial — set to begin Thursday — Democrats attempted to shift focus away from vulnerable lawmakers under pressure from GOP challengers over the Rangel controversy.

“I think everyone would like to have it go away in the sense that this is not a pleasant process,” said House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md. Hoyer was peppered with questions about Rangel at a news conference designed to detail the party’s message for the upcoming recess period in August.

An ethics subcommittee charged Rangel, a Democrat, with unspecified violations July 22 after an 18-month investigation into his fundraising, taxes and financial disclosure statements. The charges will be unveiled at the hearing — the first step in a process unfolding before the midterm elections.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., chairwoman of the House ethics committee, denied that lawmakers were working on a plea deal with Rangel to avoid a trial. She told the Associated Press that Rangel’s lawyers are negotiating with the committee’s non-partisan staff.

If the negotiations result in an agreement, the committee could vote to accept it at the meeting this week.

House to Hold Crucial Health Care Vote Sunday

The U.S. House of Representatives is set to hold a crucial vote on Sunday on sweeping health care reform legislation. President Barack Obama has postponed his planned Asia-Pacific trip to Indonesia and Australia for a second time to be in Washington, D.C. as Congress votes on his top domestic priority after a year of debate and wrangling.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters Thursday that President Obama is confident that the health care reform legislation will soon be the law of the land in the United States.

“I think health care is going to pass the House on Sunday. I believe shortly it will pass the Senate, and the president will be able to sign all of it into law,” he said.

The president postponed his planned overseas trip until June to oversee the culmination of a year-long effort to pass health care reform legislation over the united opposition of every single Republican lawmaker in both the House and the Senate.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unveiled what Democrats hope will be the last, corrected version of a $940-billion health care reform bill, which will extend health insurance coverage to some 32 million people who are currently uninsured. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office released figures Thursday estimating the legislation will reduce the federal deficit by $138 billion over its first 10 years.

House Speaker Pelosi, who is still trying to nail down the 216 votes she needs for the bill to pass the House, was very pleased with the CBO numbers, which may help to win over fiscally-conservative Democrats who face tough re-election battles in November.

“For the health and well-being of American people, for the fiscal soundness of America’s budget, for seniors, for our young people, for women, for small businesses and for competitiveness we will make history and we will make progress by passing this legislation,” she said.

If it passes, the massive health care overhaul will re-structure one-sixth of the U.S. economy, and for the first time will require that most Americans carry health insurance and penalize medium-sized and large companies that don’t provide health insurance coverage for their employees. It will also place restrictions on insurance companies, for example by not allowing them to exclude people because of pre-existing medical conditions.

Democrats are using a complicated legislative process to pass the bill. First, the House will have to approve a Senate bill that many of its Democratic members strongly dislike. Then both chambers will need to quickly pass a package of corrections to the bill agreed to in negotiations with the White House.

Republican lawmakers have opposed the health care bill from the outset, saying it is too big, too expensive, and that it inserts government bureaucrats into American’s medical decisions.

House Minority leader John Boehner has vowed that Republicans will “do everything that we can do to make sure this bill never, ever, ever passes”, and some Republicans in the Senate say they have been studying Senate rules to do whatever they can to block the legislation if it arrives back in the Senate next week.

The bad news is that this massive trillion dollar cluster[expletive deleted] of a Democrat national debt busting boondoggle is not permanently dead yet.
