Last week, the major indexes moved higher. The NYSE gained 3.3%, the S&P 500 rose 3%, the Dow added 2.6%, and the Nasdaq tacked on 2.2% The positive action was enough to change the IBD outlook to “market resumes confirmed uptrend”. It’s okay to make new purchases again..

This week, one of the watch list stocks, BIDU, is in a proper buy range. BIDU, trading at $109.23, recently bounced off its ten week line and is in buying range up to $120.79.
